Full Body MRI & Complete Health Assessment
A full body MRI images your brain, the arteries in your head and neck, your whole spine and your major organs in one visit. We pair it with a top to toe assessment by a Harley Street doctor, then sit down with you to review every finding in person, so you leave with answers rather than a file of images or an automated report.
- Full body MRI scan
- 100+ blood markers, including tumour markers
- ECG, spirometry & VO2 max
- Medical body composition analysis
- In-person doctor results review
- 4 free GP appointments a year
It is the imaging core of our Ultimate Health MOT, the full body MOT scan many patients are searching for. The scan finds what is there. The doctor, the bloods and a year of follow up explain what it means and what to do about it, and you can share your GP appointments with immediate family.

What the scan actually covers
Our radiologists follow a routine whole body screening protocol on a 3T scanner, reported by a consultant radiologist trained in body imaging.
MRI brain
Detailed imaging of the brain to look for tumours, structural change and the small vessel changes linked to memory and stroke risk.
MRA intracranial
Angiography of the arteries inside the skull, screening for aneurysms and vascular abnormalities before they cause symptoms.
MRA carotid
Imaging of the carotid arteries in the neck, the vessels most closely linked to stroke. Standalone full body scans rarely include this.
MRI whole spine
Cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine in one sitting, covering the discs, alignment and the spinal cord.
Chest, abdomen and pelvis
A whole body routine screening protocol across the major organs, from the lungs through the liver, kidneys and pelvic organs.
Ultimate Health MOT vs imaging-only full body MRI
Our Ultimate Health MOT includes the same class of whole body scan, adds brain and carotid vascular imaging those imaging-only services tend to skip, and surrounds it with the clinical workup and follow up that turn a scan into a decision. Most standalone full body MRI services in London charge between £1,495 and £2,499 for images and a radiologist report alone.

Why this is more than a scan
The scan is read, then explained
Standalone scanning services send you a report and an app. Here a Harley Street doctor sits with you, explains each finding in plain language and arranges any onward referral through our specialist network.
Vascular imaging most scans skip
Intracranial and carotid MRA are included as standard. These look for aneurysms and the narrowing that drives stroke, which a torso-focused full body scan does not assess.
A complete clinical picture
The same Ultimate visit adds a doctor examination, 100 plus blood markers including tumour markers, ECG, spirometry, VO2 max and body composition. Imaging alone cannot read your bloods or listen to your heart.
A year of care, not a one off
Your screening includes 4 GP appointments across the year, shareable with your family, so a finding has a clear path to follow rather than ending at a PDF.
